"The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The breakfast was included with the room charge and was always a good spread. The parking garage was very tight to park in however you just have to go slow. The customers would benefit from having pool and beach towel available to them given by the hotel for use. And if they restaurant/bar would serve some limited items at night if you did not want to go out to eat."

"Wonderful hotel, 5 minute walk to the town centre. Travelling on motorbikes secure parking is very important to us. We were able to book the hotel private outdoor parking (on-site) for a fee. There are security barriers to enter/ exit. Great facilities, loved the pool. Very comfortable room with air conditioning. Breakfast options were very good. Supermarkets and shops etc very close by. Would recommend."

"Very nice hotel, lobby area welcoming, filled with artistic flair. Many paintings on walls. Has two elevators. Our room is clean, modern, balcony with view of Batalha monastery. 3-5 minutes walk to monastery, town square. Has two pools, outdoor and indoor. Play area for children, adult size billiard table. Receptionist recommended great, nearby restaurants, walking distance to hotel. While there witnessed Santissima Trindade, at Batalha monastery."
