Seamless check-in, basic yet spotless rooms with hot water = comfy stay! 😊 Staff are the real MVPs – the porter greeted us with a smile, the front desk crew, housekeeping, and security were all professional, friendly, and eager to make our stay wonderful. Special shoutout to Customer Service Manager Carlos Tobias for personally checking on our stay – that's top-notch service! Food was a hit – seafood dinner and burgers were 🔥! The food in the buffet, both breakfast and dinner, was top-notch and I would recommend the Fairmont to anybody planning on staying in Manila. I’d give it six stars."
