Excellent service that went above and beyond.

Guest service was great. At check in we were walked to our room and showed how the lights work, fridge, coffee and 2 bottles of free water. We chose this hotel because it was close to the War museum and downtown. This hotel was connected to small grocery store and gas station which was nice and parking was free.

I love this motel. This was my second time staying and I used it as an overnight stop while traveling with family. Very kind and helpful staff, easy check in/check out, great breakfast and coffee. Convenient with a grocery and gas on site and very close to center restaurants and museums. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

This hotel is a great value for those seeking a more economical way to visit Bastogne. Rooms are updated, the layout was very nice and had plenty of room. Staff is friendly and helped us with our luggage up to our room.

A bit unusual for a hotel to be over a gas station convenience store, but it works. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent staff. It is an easy walk to the main square in Bastogne. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel and Location

Excellent accommodation! The woman who greeted us was very nice and she also manages the delicious breakfast. Room very clean. Convenient walk to city center and restaurants. Don’t let it being a part of a gas station scare you away. We would stay again without hesitation.

Highly Recommend!

This motel is a hidden gem, the welcome was extremely warm as was the service. Very professional staff, extremely helpful providing great facilities which are very clean. Breakfast was very well presented with fresh produce etc. There is a mini supermarket underneath the motel which has regional products and an incredible range. Do not be put off by the adjacent petrol station, it provides ample parking and your car is watched over by CCTV. The location is very close to the main square and within easy walk of all shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was a self booked, explore of Bastogne to satisfy my WWII interests. Don't let the location (above a gas station/convenience store) discourage you. Staff was GREAT! Thanks to Amory for an easy check-in and OMG Carine! She went out of her way to make it easy, fun and memorable to her non-french speaking guests. Highly recommended if you are exploring the area. Well done Le Merceny!

2024 motorcycle tour

A hotel at a petrol station? OMG what have we booked, it's only for one night was the first thoughts. We arrived and found it to be clean and ample parking, the reception was good, with clear information about our rooms and breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious, the shower was both a rain and wand shower. The breakfast consisted of buffet style breakfast, the lady who was serving, was polite and quick, the breakfast was nice and fresh.

Very Nice!

We stayed here during our whirlwind tour of Europe. It was surprisingly good, given it's situated over a gasoline station. The soundproofing was really good, too. Breakfast was a little lacking. No elevator so we had to carry our large suitcases up a long flight of stairs (equivalent to two stories). The room was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were very nice. The A/C didn't work properly, but that could have been because of the season when we visited. Close to the "town center" where the restaurants are clustered.
