「Nice clean rooms in a location very close to city centre. Handy for bus and ferry terminals and Port Zante shops and restaurants. Good views over the bay towards Nevis. Friendly and attentive staff.」

「很遺憾。我們線上刷卡了。也取得訂單編號了，按照入住之前打電話給飯店。一直都是語音找不到人。到達飯店因無別的客人未營業。在飯店門口再打電話終於聯絡到飯店人員，他竟然說沒收到HOTELS.COM的通知未準備 所以拒絕我入住。即使拿訂單給他看他也還是堅持未準備 ，拒絕接待客人。在晚上9點多也累了只好請taxi司機載到附近找旅館。真是惡質態度飯店。希望HOTELS.Com. 趕快查明退費還我」

「Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. 」
