"A very poor experience. Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. Nor will you know that, when you phone the hotel, they will sigh in exasperation that you cannot speak German and that they will be pretty rude to you. "For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent. "

"It was a pleasant stay. I have been staying in this hotel for years since 1999. The hotel has been indeed completely transformed since, with positive changes except for one... Their WiFi and internet connection is getting worse. The WiFi is absolutely non existent no matter where you are in the hotel. It's very disappointing for a hotel of that reputation in the city."
