"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. "The hotel and the restaurant were both top notch. We loved staying there. The only caveat was that there were 52 steps to our room, so we got lots of excise while we were there. If you have mobility issues, be sure to tell the hotel n advance. Otherwise we were delighted and would stay there again, even with all the steps."
