An worst check-in experience

Overall, I am very happy with the staying in Apaliving. The room is clean, the staffs are very friendly and helpful and the location is good: just 12mins walk from the train station and 5mins walk to the nearest tram stop. It is easy to transfer to any tourists attraction. And the price is quite worthwhile. However, if you will arrive at the time out of the reception opening hours, I won't recommend you to stay here. Because the self-check-in system is terrible! It refused all of my credit cards and charge another 2 groups of customers the city tax at CHF 45.00/per night (normally is CHF 4.00). And some of the hotline helpers cannot speak English! They just asked us to try again and again on the machine by ourselves and did not call us back after making the promise. After I trying more than 1.5hr in the cold weather and giving more than 6 phone calls to the hot-line, one gentleman came and help me. The whole check-in process took more than 2hrs and forced me to cancel some of my schedules. It was the worst check-in experience!!

genau was ich brauchte

Sengen god.

Low-Budget Übernachtung in Basel
