「We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. 「Chiara, the receptionist was outstanding, helpful , with any request . There was a problem with the fridge in the room. Upon notifying her, she immediately offered other rooms . Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great .」
