「This is a central located spacious apartment within walking distance to everything. Highly recommended.」

「The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

「Große Wohnung. Aber nicht für 4 Leute geeignet, da Couch nicht als Schlafcouch verwendbar für 2 Personen. Einrichtung ist nicht luxuriös sondern Standard. Leider waren Couch und ein Schrank bei unserer Ankunft beschädigt. Auf meine Nachricht per Expedia Chat wurde nicht reagiert.」

Le scale d’ingresso erano sporche, piene di polvere e di sporcizia di lavorazioni; 2. ⁠nell’appartamento quando siamo arrivati non c’era la carta igienica e neanche una bottiglia d’acqua da bere; 3. ⁠nel bagno c’era un cesto con degli asciugamani sporchi; 4. ⁠e sopratutto, nella camera da letto hanno lasciato la finestra aperta, che non si chiudeva perché rotta. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta.」

「I’m very disappointed with how this whole process has been handled. It started of by never hearing back for the property manager until the morning of my arrival. I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. They provided me an apartment on the second floor and lied to me when they said it was just one set of stair. Picture this, I was with my father on a...
