Couldn’t get tv ‘on pillows flat heating was not on wen we needed it most not enough milk to make coffee or tea very dirty under bed staff was wonderful but lacking these essentials wat we needed

The Regent Aparthotel
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast (best croissants I have tasted in a long time), and they provided bags etc. for grab-and-go. Thetford Hive
Room was great, then when night time came it got cold due to the constantly open window vent. By morning the bathroom smelt mouldy and the towels smelt too. Disappointed given the price
