"Estrutura bonita não basta para ser “luxo”. A experiência do hóspede fica comprometida por falhas básicas: restaurante que não abre no horário, café da manhã com espera de 30-40 minutos para tapioca ou ovo (mesmo com o salão vazio), corte de grama no horário do almoço, chuveiro pingando a noite inteira, demora em responder ao WhatsApp (não tem telefone no quarto). "The hotel and staff are simply amazing! They make you feel at home, safe, and taken care of. They take the time to get to know their guests and personalize their experience as much as possible. They do a fantastic job at facilitating everything from restaurant reservations, to transportation around town, tours, and transfer in and out of Atins. The food at the hotel is the best we had in all of Atins! Their breakfast in particular is phenomenal! Special shout out to Sol, one of the girls at reception, that went above and beyond to make our week in Atins a one of a kind experience! We can’t recommend this hotel more!!!"
