「The service is excellent, and the hotel is very, very beautiful. It is a classic hotel; it is not new, but it preserves wonderful details of the city’s colonial architecture, which makes it very special.
The attention provided by the front desk staff is exceptional. Thank you to Rosita, Eilín, and Laura, as they offer truly excellent customer service. Likewise, the kitchen and restaurant staff deserve great recognition.

「The hotel is old, no good maintenance, no hot water in the bathroom. I stayed this hotel many years ago, not bad but this time, very disappointed. I changed another hotel immediately after staying one night.」
