The rooms/bathrooms are a bit outdated. Breakfast was great. Front doors were always open so anyone could walk around hotel even if they weren’t a guest. Overall, For the price and location, I would stay again.

Restaurant service is awful. Little things that could be solved easily but exist due to staff shortage! no napkins at tables, you have to search for sugar, salt. Constantly requesting staff to supply coffee mugs, butter, utensils. Don't think it's the kitchen staff as they are seen hustling, they just need to add personnel. A person in charge of it and at the restaurant who could notice this small things happening would easily solve this issues. I saw many patrons upset about this.

Hotel was decent and located near lots of shopping. The room was spacious and great, but i found the shower slippery so had to be careful. The staff and service was excellent and very responsive and helpful. The pool was pretty. I found that the lobby & pool restrooms were less clean. The stainless walls had fingerprints, and so did the elevator walls. Some places looked dirty. Other places were well kept and clean. I noticed many stairs and no ramps.

The a/c don't cool the rooms, it is unbearable hot in Barranquilla and the a/c needs to function properly. Also had to ask for small refrigerator as there was none in the room.

Es hermoso y comodo Habitaciones gigantes Excelente recepcion Piscina El desayuno increible, delicioso y variado La atencion muy regular en el bar. Demorada. Pedi unos cocteles una eternidad. Pedi comida y nunca fueron a recoger los platos sucios y esas moscas encima muy fastidioso. Yo pensaba cuando vengan a recoger pido mas cocteles. No volvieron ni a cobrar. Me fui a la habitacion y a la media hora fueron alla a cobrarme. Es triste un hotelote de esos con una atencion asi.

Realmete la limpieza de la habitación estuvo buen , lo malo es que las personas que limpian la habitacion se roban las ropa de los huéspedes se llevaron 2 franelas y una faja. Mi maleta la abrí y la cerre en la havitacion al llegar a casa y busques mis prenda de vestir no estaban que molesta estoy que el hotel tengan personas trsbajando que tengan malas manas y mi referencia para el hotel terreroble. Estuve desdé 24 sep. Al 18 oct. Y no pence que estaba contenta con mi estadia esta accion de estas personas lo dañara todo hab.512

El edificio necesita muchas reparaciones. Mi cuarto 617 tenia los vidrios rotos y durante un dia de tormenta se mojó la cama. Los baños requieren reparaciones estructurales.
