"Bali Hai was like paradise. We had a bungalow two steps away from the sand and 20 m from the ocean. We could hear the sound of the ocean all day and night, the ocean breeze was soothing and kept us cool. The workers were absolutely fantastic helpful and acomodating. "This is a tastefully decorated nice hotel right near downtown Mancora. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms have basic items but everything you need for a comfortable stay and a small balcony or porch, tv doesnt have many options but you don’t need it.
