"Apesar da cordialidade das funcionárias, não tivemos uma boa experiência. Nos alocaram em um quarto com graves problemas de infiltração e um cheiro muito forte de mofo. O quarto não tem condições para ser alugado, ambiente insalubre de verdade. No momento da minha reserva não foi indicado que não havia ar-condicionado no quarto, sendo que nas acomodações gerais da pousada está escrito ar-condicionado. Reparei que, a princípio, somente o quarto que ficamos não continha ar-condicionado dentre todos da pousada, mas tinha os furos na parede, indicando que ali havia um ar anteriormente. A localização é boa, mas foram dias de frustração com a acomodação. A cama ficava úmida, o chão ficava úmido e pegajoso, muito estranho. Nos foi passado que não havia como mudar de quarto, pois a pousada estava cheia. Em uma situação como esta, deveriam ter nos colocado em alguma outra pousada, pois não tinham condições mínimas em nos receber naquela acomodação. Tomem cuidado, pessoal, uma viagem pode se tornar bem frustrante caso ocorra o que aconteceu com a gente. Evitávamos ao máximo voltar para a pousada e para o quarto, pois era a pior parte da viagem, com isso, pouco descansamos durante os dias que estivemos em Imbituba. "
