「Comfotable and cozy stay! Encountered an unpleasant experience right before my arrival in the hotel, but the hotel staff are all very kind and helpful, offered a lot of assistance to me, which was definitely making up for my experience in Berlin! Thanks for all your help and wish you all the best!! =)))」

「Scams!!!! Don't book with this hotel. We went there. The owner lied to us. He said it has a new name Arco Hotel and we didn't have a reservation. We were forced to make a new reservation, charged us more. The third day, tried to charge for us for a cleaning service... We decided to leve. I found out they charged me a cancelation fee . I had a reservation. They are stealing people money 💰 」

「This place is incredibly charming. The morning breakfast is very German, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. I felt like as though i walked into a building that wouldve been modern 500 years ago, and I loved it. The stairs are steep, and not ADA accessible in any way, but I appreciated that aswell. Overall a lovely stay. Transportation: If youre renting a car, theynhave free parking. There are bus stops nearby (5 minute walk) and a bike rental that I didnt get to check out. My primary...

「From the outlook of the building and the street, u won't expect too much before when you step into the hotel. However, the room is clean, tidy and bigger as my expected before. Services were good and with nice and caring staffs here. They are always welcome and assist you with smile. I stayed four nights there and it's worth to stay.」

「The boss is a humorous person and very nice. The room is simple and comfortable, suitable for backpacking travel.」
