The Peacock at Barlow
Always a pleasure to stay at The Peacock. We stay in the Sycamore Cottage which is lovely and quaint. Breakfast is spot on. This is our secons time staying here and will definitely come back. Walking route to Linacre Woods and Reservoirs is on your doorstep and a nice 11km round trip.

Buxton Crescent
Lovely hotel, great spa facilities, lovely room, with some noise as the bottles from nearby bars and restaurants are emptied when your room is at the back of the hotel. You do have to pay extra at the hotel when using the spa facilities if your booking is through Expedia. This is £40 per day, which ...

Kingfield Boutique Hotel
Toilet hadn’t been flushed from previous guest. Shower had great temp, though not great pressure. WiFi only worked in one room. Couldn’t figure out how to work the electric hob, rest of kitchen was good. Only one towel provided for two guests. Beds were comfy.
