"I had a wonderful stay at Royal Residence Hotel. The reception and customer service team, especially Mr. Shafayat and Mr. Imam, were extremely friendly, respectful, and professional throughout my stay. They always served with a smile and did their very best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Their polite and caring attitude truly made a positive impression on me. The room service, cleanliness, food, and breakfast were excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Nafiz, Mr. Kamal, Mr. Hasib, Mr. Rubayet, and all the other staff members whose names I may have forgotten. Every single employee was polite, respectful, hardworking, and professional in their duties. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Well done to the entire team at Royal Residence Hotel.
