"The person that checked us in was not very friendly. The motel has no elevator. The room we had was horrible. The ceiling was discolored from some sort of water leak. The "fresh towels" were discolored. There was a spider's nest in the corner of the room. We checked out immediately and have requested a full refund."

"Generally personable staff; room service was excellent. Stayed here at various times over the years, the place has been slowly upgrading. This trip I had my dog, so was assigned a pet-friendly room on the lower floor, not facing the water. Everything was adequate, but I know that some of the upper floor rooms facing the water are nicer. No coffee maker in the room; one has to go to the lobby for coffee. A small thing, to be sure."
