Lovely hotel, close to the lake
Two of us stayed here for 4 nights and we found the hotel to be lovely. The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable, the breakfast that was included was really good. The only issue we had was that despite the 24 hour check-in the doors were locked when we arrived and we had to be let in by guests staying at the hotel. Other than that the service we received was great, they even held our suitcases for the day after we had checked out. The hotel is also only a road crossing away from the lake and only a mile away from the centre of bardolino which was a perfect location for us.

We had a nice time although we didn't spend long in the hotel because we were out walking and drinking!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided a lot of information on the area, restaurants, and things to do. Our room was on the ground floor and faces the street and parking lot, so it was noisy. There are only a few hairdryer sat the front desk for borrowing, which is unfortunate. We really enjoyed our stay though thanks to the great staff, clean room, and good wine selection that the hotel offers. The free wifi and generous breakfast buffet with many options were also appreciated amenities.

Die Klimaanlage lief 9-13 Uhr nicht. Danach lief sie gut. Ab abends kühlte sie kaum noch. Die Fenster konnte man kaum öffnen, da die Straße sehr laut ist.

Kein Garten wie in der Beschreibung (geschweige von Liegen und Pool). Miserables WLAN, Zimmern sehr klein und uralt (generell Renovierung seit langem fällig!). Kein Fön, keine Ablage im Bad, Hygiene Artikel (Duschgel/ Shampoo/ Seife) nur am Anreisetag in XS Dosis. Kein einziges Mal innerhalb 1 Woche Aufenthalt wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt.

Larm fra gaden.
Hotellet ligger 2 meter fra hovedgaden i byen. Der er nærmest ufattelig meget larm fra biler, motorcykler og ikke mindst udrykningskøretøjer! En skændsel at drive hotel på sådan en lokation. Den første nat vi var der virkede aircondition anlægget ikke. Den anden nat kørte det på 1/4 kraft. Og ingen snak om kompensation. Blandingsbatterierne på bruser og håndvask kunne ikke justeres til en passende temperatur, enten varmt eller koldt vand, ikke noget ind imellem. Elinstallationer ved lys over spejl var samlet med isolerbånd, må betegnes som livsfarligt. Seng og morgenmad var ok.

Top Hotel in Bardolino. Würde wieder buchen
Ein sehr sehr nettes liebes Hotel. Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Einziges Manko wir hatten ein Zimmer zur stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Dadurch sehr laut. Wir konnten aber trotzdem jede Nacht gut schlafen.

Hotel molto curato con personale disponibile. camera un pò piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Colazione molto varia e con prodotti fatti in casa. prodotti anche per celiaci. l'ubicazione sulla strada purtroppo fa si che le camere fronte strada siano un pò rumorose per il traffico
