「Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé l'hôtel. Le prix ne vaut pas ce qu'on a eu, désolé mais je suis déçu d'hôtel.com également parce que le prix affiché sur le site est 3 x plus élevé que celui qui est fait sur place. Une honte je trouve. Les draps n'étaient même pas changé, les housses de coussins avaient des traces des précédentes personnes ayant dormi dessus. J'ai dû demander à ce qu'on nous change les draps et housse de coussins. J'étais bien triste de devoir laisser mes enfants dormir sur cette...

「Absolutely loved this place in the Medina, just a few minutes walk from Zeitouna Mosque. It's tasteful and beautifully presented, evocative of times gone by and just like the lovely pictures. Everywhere you look there is something nice to see. We were in a lovely large room and it was a delight to wake and look out at the courtyard and eat on the veranda in fresh air. We were here in February - the Medina was very quiet at night and our room was peaceful. The staff were ready to help - Hassan...

「The room was very well decorate, spacious, and clean. The staff was what made this a wonderful hotel. They went out of their way to make us feel right at home. They scheduled a taxi pickup and drop off from the airport, contacted a doctor to visit my sick daughter in the hotel, gave us advice on things to see in Tunis; plus many other things. The breakfast was fantastic. It is located in the medina and you can easily walk to all the sites. Definitely stay here if you visit Tunis.」

「The staff are generally very nice especially the maid preparing breakfast to us, she is very attentive. The properties is inside an alleys, you may not able to park the car in the alleys, someone with very high skill in maneuvering car in alleys may find it ok. The wifi is not connected to our room, it serves in the common living room where you have breakfast. Also, you need to ring the bell of main door to gain entry, it is not common to other dwelling. 」
