simply perfect!

finally a REAL 4 stars boutique hotel!! located in a quite and tiny street in the center of Kosice (pedestrian zone), it is a modern hotel, with very professional and simpatique staff, over-the-top breakfast and spacious and comfortable room nothing bad to say about it. We would reccomend it

We have stayed at this hotel many times. I was concerned over the fact that the front door was locked at night and nobody was at the front desk in case of an emergency. Furthermore the bathroom was not senior citizen friendly.

Decent hotel with a spectacular view

The hotel is located on the top of a hill overlooking the town of Bardejov as well as the beautiful mountains that surrounds it. The hotel room itself was decent, but one thing about was kind of weird: We had a door (which wasn't locked) in one of the rooms that was connected to the supply depot of the cleaning staff. Not that it made our stay worse - just a bit odd, that's all. The breakfast was alright but with a magical. Besides that, there were a volleyball field and some other activities you could do (can't really recall what, since we were there only one night and didn't use any of them).

Traumhafte Lage

Das Hotel liegt in traumhafter Lage über der Stadt Bardejov. Kostenloses Parken vor dem Haus.Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß ,sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück einmal in Buffetform bzw.a la carte war im Preis inkludiert und gut sortiert.Wir nahmen auch das Abendessen im Hotel ein und waren über die Auswahl und die Qualität sehr zufrieden. Ein Hotel zum Entspannen nach anstrengender Besichtigungstour z.B. zu den interessanten Holzkirchen der Ostslowakei.

Service from restaurant was atrocious. They don't have the resources they need to run a hotel of this size properly, so much of it seems in disrepair. It's the best hotel in the area though so there isn't much that can be done about it.
