Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. 「It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. Also, the wait staff...
