Its pleasant experience. My family enjoy it. They have their management office nearby, around 8mins walk. Acceptable. Our family has three people. I think it can accommodate up to six people though. I m not sure if they charge the same if I have more people to stay there. The laundry machine was out of order. Reported, no action next day. When we reported again, their technician came and replaced with a new one. Appreciate that but we had to leave and no chance to try the new machine. If I go next time, I will consider staying there again.

Ok stay, could be better

Pictures on hotels.com are confusing. We took the standard apartment because from the pictures it showed it had a large balcony but upon checking in it was not for this apartment but for the executive apartment. Other than that the condition of the apartment was not great, the bathroom door got stuck with someone inside it and had to wait 30 min for maintenance to open it.

Good location, spacious living area.

Great location in Eixample neighbourhood. 5min walk from Aerobus drop off. In our apartment which slept 4, the second bedroom is very tight, literally two beds pushed together and no space around 3 sides. For budget accommodation for 4 people it's good. Be aware the reception to check in is a different location, but only a few minutes walk away.

Great little apartment, located centrally. Easy to reach the metro, La Rambla, Plaza de Catalanya, restaurants, bars etc. We picked up the keys from around the corner and the lady there told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and also places of interest, she gave us maps too. Would highly recommend :)

Well located apartment

Location is the best part of this apartment. The negatives are the noise level from the neighboring apartments and the comfort of the bed. Overall, it’s nice enough but it’s time for a few updates and repairs.
