It’s a hidden gem. Some of the reviews are expecting too much for the price. It’s a basic room yes but clean and in the heart of Barcelona for cheap.

Had a great time at BCN 46! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The place was also very central (walking distance from a lot of what we wanted to do) and had good value for the price. Would recommend!

History everywhere!! Even the hotel itself. Great location, I walked to most he sites. Restaurants, bars and grocery stores everywhere. Can’t beat this place for the price. Gothic quarter is a 10 minute walk.

Hostel is near Catalunya place and Sagrada Familia. There are Many place to enjoy sightseeing and restaurants. 24 hours security. But if bathrooms were not shared, it was more comfortable.

Stayed in double room with private bathroom, it was very very spacious and clean, quiet and in the perfect place just a short walk away from Plaça De Catalunya. I would love to come back and stay there! Reception was so sweet and helpful, they let us keep our bags there until check-in, and the wifi was faaabulous in the room. There is a bit of noise but I cannot sleep without a white noise machine, so it worked out perfectly!

This hostel was quiet, clean and well located. The room was private with a private bathroom as well. It was quite small and I got fresh towels daily. I had to ask for soap twice. Front desk staff was responsive but not especially friendly. The biggest drawback for me was the bed, which was very uncomfortable. I was there for several nights and by the end of my stay, my back was sore. I understand the whole "you get what you pay for" philosophy so I wasn't expecting a ton of creature comforts. This place was pretty bare bones but that's what I paid for. In the end, it was fine.

Nothing like the reviews, the double room was clean, newly renovated, the private bathroom was impeccable, no mould. Decent sized room with AC working perfectly. It was quiet, the bar underneath was permanently closed. Staff were nice, we didn’t have much contact with them but the times we did chat to them they were polite and helpful.

The place is old un ran down. They could put more effort into renovating a little to make it look better. Beds terrible, shower door was moldy and falling apart. You get what you pay for but honestly, this place was expensive for what it is. Good location, nice staff but I would not stay there again

The building is older but the rooms and hallways were new. Very clean room which was cleaned every day.. The staff were friendly and were ready to help when asked. I had problem with the TV and the staff were quick to fix it. Some rooms share a bathroom but I chose one that included my own one. I also had an outside patio which opened to the sky.
