The staff are all welcoming. Check in and check out process was smooth. Ferran has been very helpful and went above and beyond. The manager also approved a 1 hour extension to give us time to pack our things after a morning tour. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Dinner at the Restaurant Sintonia was excellent. I liked everything about the property. Staff was great! My only problem was with the fact that the dining room did not open until 8 pm. We Canadians like to eat between 5 - 6 pm but I guess that's my problem, not the hotel's... We ate both dinners at the Italian restaurant next door.
