「Everything was exceptional. The only complaint (if you can all it that) is the non-traditional design of the bathroom. The room was spotless, the service was excellent, the staff was beyond courteous. Great experience overall. I would recommend the property without hesitation.」

「The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . 」

「Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. 」

「We spent 3 days in Barcelona the Hotel California. It was a little hard to locate at first but we found it was so convenient to the Ramblas, the Boqueria, even the metro. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were very helpful and personable. We are going back again this year and bringing friends and family.」
