「location is near L9S hostel is so so If you want to Quel Park,you must get up early,the train is busy」

「Locate at safe area, near L1 line just walk 1 min, lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants around. The apartment’s are clean, spacious, tidy, smell good, along with air conditioner, comfortable beds. Highly reommend for family!」

「check in machine is not working , luckily when we arrive the reception phone is working. during our stay , the wifi disconnect, and we try to call reception but the phone near check in machine was out of order, we told 2 of tge house keeping staff about the wifi problem , they said they will call back to reception. the wifi never come back till we leave. beside this , everything is good」

「Very bad, firstly there is no air conditioning but we knew it before our payment so that’s fine. Secondly, the bed is very dirty with hair dust on it. Lastly which is also the most terrible thing is someone tried to open our door at midnight and tried to break in our room with keys. We reported the host and asked for refund but she just ignored our concerns with an indifferent attitude 」

「The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city, and the place itself was clean. However, there were a few small issues during my stay. Basic items like hand wash were missing, and despite mentioning it once, it wasn’t provided. There were also times when the toilet paper ran out, and there weren’t enough towels available. The room I stayed in was quite dark and a bit dim, which made it feel less comfortable. I expected a few more basic amenities and a bit more attention...
