Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. We took the free shuttle between Lisbon airport and hotel. There was some communication problems with using the shuttle but shuttle staff was super helpful with making connections. I would stay at this hotel again.

Locke de Santa Joana
Great location! Clean hotel! Pool and bar area were great! Navigating the property and the elevators were a bit of a challenge. Rooms are clean and compact.

VIP Executive Eden Aparthotel
The hotel has central A/C and unable to control room temperature. The room is outdated but clean. Breakfast is small area with long wait lines. The food is good.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Apartment was spotless. Buffet breakfast was good and hearty. People working in restaurant were nice. Raquel at the front desk was very nice and helpful as were the two young men. Only thing was one of the bedrooms in building 20 was directly across from a very noisy bar ...
