Hotel com instalações antigas, quartos espaçosos, mobilia moderna, toalhas e lençóis e estrutura fisica com marcas de desgaste pelo uso, ótimo cafe da manhã, funcionarios atenciosos. Embora tenha itens que precisam ser revistos pela administração é uma ótima opção em relação a hotéis semelhantes na regiao.

Passei pelo hotel apenas por duas noites, viagem em família, achei o hotel excelente, camas macias, tudo muito limpo e confortável. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Se um dia voltar a Juazeiro ficarei nele.

Paguei uma diária para comemorar meu aniversário, queria relaxar e ficar na piscina, mas a piscina estava muito suja, terra no fundo, folhas e flores boiando, mosquitos e girinos, sinal de que n era limpa há muito tempo! As cadeiras brancas tinham lodo. Reclamei na recepção e pedi para falar com a gerência que não estava lá durante o fds. Meu quarto deveria ter 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro e tinham 3 de solteiro. O telefone não funcionava. Eu quis descansar e voltei mais estressada, querendo esquecer. Depois li muitos comentários em sites de redes hoteleiras dizendo o mesmo que eu, que a piscina estava suja e por isso desistiam de usar. NÃO RECOMENDO.

Fomos atendidos de forma rápida, quando solicitamos travesseiros adicionais, o chuveiro é ótimo! Mas achei a cama desconfortável não gostei dos lençol fornecido, pois o da cama é pequeno e não da pra duas pessoas se cobrirem... café da manhã ok! No mais a estadia foi boa.

Precisa de mais cuidados

Em que pese recentemente reformado, o hotel apresenta problemas. O quarto que ocupei apresentava infiltração na parede do quarto e reboco caindo na varanda. A piscina precisava ser limpa mas em todo o período em que estive no hotel ela não foi cuidada. O café da manhã é regular. Com horário de início as 6h apenas a partir das 7h pode-se contar com a funcionária para preparar óvos e tapioca.

Quarto confortável, uma bela piscina, restaurante com um cardápio bem variado. Próximo ao Polo Gastronômico de Lagoa Seca a um preço bem acessível. Só acho que poderia vender cerveja de 600ml no bar.
