"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"Our stay here was perfect. Great communication on how to arrive with our rental car. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Coffee and pastries in the more were very good. "Nice environment and very beautiful view. Lots of nice swimmingpools and enough pool-beds for everyone. Easy to move by buses to everywhere (bus-stop nearby). Breakfast was very bad, no fruits or vegetables, only dry bread and biscuits. You had to ask for Croissants and sometimes you got only one croissant. No Wifi. The shower was very, very small and you had to fix long before you got warm vater (not cold or too hot). The cleaning was not daily. The renervation (balcony floor and common rooms)...

"The room was large, clean, and reasonably quiet (before 7 a.m.). Toiletries had to be placed on the floor; there was no luggage rack. The bathroom was large, but only had one hook to hang something. If you need a shuttle, I think it's best to call a taxi. We booked a shuttle from the train station to the hotel, and when we arrived, four or five people contacted us about the pick-up. However, it was very chaotic, and they didn't speak English, making communication difficult. Otherwise, I have no...

"The hotel was right at the port where all the major cruise ships dock…the rooms were very spacious and an added plus was that whatever drinks were in the refrigerator was free, not too many hotels do that! Breakfast was also included. We thought it was very walkable to get where we wanted to go from hotel… had a great stay and will stay there again."

"Staff were very helpful with questions about the area and anything we needed. We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. Its likely because it has bar service, but we ate in the hotel room so not a problem. The room was adequate, smaller than what we experienced in the other big cities like Rome and Florence, but it did the job. The breakfast is amazing!! Made to order coffee's, plenty of variety for all tastes - yogurts, baked goods, cereal, fresh fruit, eggs, meats and cheeses. The best hotel breakfast we had in all of our travels through Italy. The Piazza Bellini neighborhood is lively with plenty of great places to eat right outside the door and within a 5 minute walk. About 25 minutes from the Napoli Centrale train station and about 20 minutes from the port so good central location to use the transit. "
