"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at WelcomeHeritage Badi Kothi, Prayagraj. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a great hospitality experience. A special thanks to Front Office Manager Dhananjaya and Romina Singh for their exceptional service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prayagraj. Looking forward to staying here again."

"There was no wifi available (as promised). Air-conditioning also stopped working on the night we stayed there. They couldn't fix it before I checked out. On top of that, the Power (electricity) got down too on entire floor for few hours and they didn't have any alternative to . All in all, the amenities wise, the stay was terrible."
