This place is only if you need an emergency stay. This place is falling apart. Location is good. Just very old and run down. Very pricey for what you get. Like I said if you need an emergency.

Motel is very outdated and in need of many repairs. It was adequate for our one night stay. You truly get what you pay for. Thus the reason that the rooms are only half the price of other places near Bar Harbor he staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and easy to get to

The place needs updating. Heat source was not comfortably located. It blows straight towards me on the bed. For the most part, the place serves its purpose. We made it through the 2 nights of our stay. Thank you.

A shower head, heat and more than one outlet must be an upgrade. Attendant only available at check in and any other time you have to call, to which they tell you “it’s on the sign.” You definitely get what you pay for here. Clean bed and shower is about all you get.

This was at a great location but the weirdest and worst place we have ever stayed. Very dirty rooms and no help from the staff whatsoever.

The motel is old and has been maintained in what seems to be a very haphazard fashion. I'm 5'11" and my head nearly touched the ceiling in the shower! Pretty strange. The room was clean but had virtually no amenities beyond television. Bed was comfortable enough and the property was quiet at night. Price at the tail end of tourist season was much steeper than the quality deserved. People in the office were pleasant. Better options if you book ahead.

Outdated and dangerous. The electrical, and plumbing were exposed. Outside going in the roof was falling through. Another heat, thin blankets. No one on site..

This hotel is a very nostalgic hotel. The rooms that have not been remodeled are very 70’s looking, small rooms, great A/C, hot water worked well. Clean, quaint, quiet and friendly would be how I would describe it. We loved it.

Other than the location, not much positive to report. Room was out of the 70's and the bathroom door was broken. The floor was not level to an extreme. 7-8 inches change from front to back. No amenities in the room. The bed was old and uncomfortable.

Very outdated, bathroom to small, just a place to lay your head. I did not feel comfortable there as a former policeman and did not sleep well.

Welcome to a 1950s motel experience.. back when mattresses felt like they were cardboard? Clean, at least. Lobby coffe e only..see to the bottom of the cup. Count the cars on the highway to help get to sleep. Amusing one-nighter. Heater/AC didn't work.
