「We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay.」

「Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,」

「The property was well maintained and in a central location but the rooms are small. Our room had a terrace facing the breakfast area. After 3am it became very noisy and smelly with the breakfast preparation. The staff were very helpful.」

「It was a great experience staying in the hotel. Extremely friendly staff always put an extra effort to serve. For sure will stay there again.」

「The best!!!」

「Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Location und nah zu Como.」

「Établissement moderne et très bien isolé phoniquement.」

「This was my first stay at this hotel in Cernobbio and my favourite Hotel is now converted into luxury apartments, so I needed a new Hotel in Cernobbio. This hotel is brilliant and I will stay again. Its in a great position and the downstairs has to be seen to be believed and luckily the room had a balcony with great views. The staff were also very professional and engaging and the food was very good and quick. See you soon guys- if you will have me.」

「This is a beautiful kept property, great location, comfortable, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.」

「We like this hotel very much.To choose right and good hotel would enhance travel expenses.we feel the hotel's staff knows what you need and serve more than you expect. Try your best to stay with them. You wound get what you expect.」

「Wonderful place!!」

「Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city.」
