"The check in was very quick & easy, with help with the luggages. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and clean. The room I booked was a little small, but we were offered the upgrade to a more roomy room with nice lake view. Thanks 🌻 We had breakfast included. The restaurant was inside the Sandals Vista Hotel, just steps away from the Sandals Hotel. It's a nice restaurant with good menu for breakfast. The food and service were very good. The location is so convenient, which closes to shopping center, grocery store, convenient stores, and many restaurants. We like this Sandals Hotel. We'll return whenever we be in Bảo Lộc. "
