「Besides the whole Jelly's Haven is beautiful, it makes it perfect because of the resort staff. The employees customer service was excellent. Special mention to Armando such a great bartender and also to Tina and Sci. 」

「Place is beach front though semi secluded from the crowded resort. Room is huge, looks new but needs work on maintenance. All rooms has a view of the beach. 」

「環境很好，適合情侶度假，但是一到房間發現清潔不佳冰箱裡面有蟲跟蚊子，電視也無法收看，浴室也沒有熱水，請服務人員修理需要等一段時間，希望他們內部能多加強清潔」

「沙滩景色好，餐厅景色好，酒店位置好，方便。但是电视不能用，没有热水。东西要放保险柜，不然会被偷。」

「雖然很遠但很值得一去，沙灘泳池都很棒。從宿霧市到飯店搭巴士至少要4個小時，若是沒辦法接受的話可能無法。員工非常親切而且很樂意幫助。」
