「Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had...
