We very much loved the atmosphere of the penzion. The staff kept us well informed prior to arrival so communication was great. The location was wonderful with excellent views of the town. Staff met us at check-in and it was efficient with a warm cozy and very clean room/apartment. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold, clean, and private. Our only complaint was NO WiFi at all. We had room #6 and the WiFi died out as we went upstairs to our room. To access ANY WiFi we had to sit in the lobby. I suggest to management if they advertise WiFi in the rooms then they need to check it themselves first.

Great place to stay in Banska-Stiavnica
Stayed one night in Banska-Stiavnica which is a very historic & picturesque little town - Pension Resla is a gem! Great views across the valley, east 10min walk to the Main Street. The rooms are big & comfortable, & service very friendly - breakfast excellent!

Für eine Nacht perfekt.
Sehr schöne Pension in ländlicher Umgebung. Deutschsprachige Rezeption. Sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Ubytovanie bolo velmi prijemne, ciste, v pokojnej lokalite. Historicka budova v blizkosti centra mesta. Personal : ochotna a velmi mila, ustretova k poziadavkam ubytovanych hosti.
