「This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over.」

「The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! 」

「Entering the room it started off looking pretty good, however opening the fridge it was flooded with water, the freezer was covered in ice and dripping into the fridge. The cupboards were very dusty and had food/crumbs from the last person. The remote had liquid dried on it, it was gross, the housekeeping doesnt clean as much as you would expect only going into rooms once a week. The pool was filled with bugs and when asking the front desk if I can use the skimmer so my kids could swim, I was...

「The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa.」

「Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and in good condition. Only downside was the waffle batter dispenser kept breaking but staff assisted acknowledging the need for a new one. 」

「Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.」
