Absolutely unacceptable – avoid this place at all costs
This stay was a complete disaster and honestly felt like a scam. We arrived at the property around 2 PM only to be told there was no electricity and that power might come back by 5 PM. There was no power backup, no contingency plan, nothing. We were forced to leave our luggage and step out because staying there was impossible.
When we returned at 6:30 PM, the situation was exactly the same — still no electricity. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff had the audacity to claim that this was mentioned at the time of booking. It was not. Critical information like “no electricity” being hidden or vaguely mentioned (if at all) is straight-up misleading and unacceptable.
To make things worse, there were no heaters available, making the stay unbearable in cold weather. When we asked for a refund, it was bluntly refused. When we asked to be moved to another property, we were again denied any help. Zero accountability, zero customer support, zero hospitality.
Let me be very clear: this place offers no electricity, no heating, no backup, and no solutions—yet still expects guests to pay and adjust. This is not hospitality; it’s negligence. Do yourself a favor and do not book this property under any circumstances.
