Weda and Eka were amazing - beautifully cooked fresh food, packed a takeaway breakfast for an early morning dolphin swim, shuttle into town for free, the best home made kombucha I've ever tried and discounts on local eateries. Sadly, no hot water the whole time we were there. I raised it but it wasn't fixed and despite paying an extra person charge when booking, we were then charged again but still no water issues fixed. Everything was wonderful—from the warm and attentive hotel staff to the beautiful guest rooms, facilities, pool, spa experience, food, and entertainment. I even had the opportunity to experience the care of the doctor and nurse on call, who were both wonderful and made me feel very well taken care of. A special thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday feel even more special.
