"when we arrived at the hotel, it was 90° outside. Our room was at 87°. After like an hour we requested a fan at when we turn the air conditioning on after two or three hours. I realize that the air isn’t working correctly in contacting the front desk. They sent a technician up and said he could not fix it. That was the last that we saw of anyone we asked for a different room, but they didn’t have one in the air. Finally came on around 1 o’clock in the morning reported it to the front end and really didn’t care. "

"Pristine room with marveous staff. Vanessa helped my extend my stay and I was able to make a seamless transition to my new room. I also highly recommend the Wahlburger's near the VIP area in the casino. Ate there 3 times. Their staff is also fantastic. The burgers are delicious, but don't miss the meatball sub with spicy sauce. Really enjoyed the strawberry milkshakes, too! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. "
