「Have a better choice on service apartment in same price level. This hotel significantly below Mariott standard. Staff not well trained. Take the shoes on for house keeping. Restaurant staff focus on team briefing, not alert customer order taking when the restaurant is empty. Collect the plate and the knift fall on my foot.
