Extremely well situated hotel in downtown Bangkok. Close to BTS and Phaya Thai stations. Super clean rooms and very helpful staff. Nice rooftop pool makes this an excellent choice when staying in Bangkok.

Every is good but it can be better. I do not like the smell inside the hotel and especially in our room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are wonderful. Room are clean. Only the strange unlikeable smell I did not like.

This is a very good place to stay for long and short vacation. I stay here for 2 nights. Room is very clean and comfortable. Anytime can excess the hotel. Daily breakfast is amazing. Only my problem is lots of pork options are on the buffet. For muslim guest no sausage and bacon. And the concierge guy was very helpful and respectful. For him and his service i would say excellent. I want give 5 star for this property, however checking experience is not acceptable and i feel not welcome from reception staff. They keep me waiting in the lobby for 3 hours. After 7 hours flying again waiting in the lobby for another 3 hours make very disappointed. For that reason one star missed from my review. Still I recommend this hotel, because hotel very nice and clean. A very big thanks to concierge boy who help me a lot for transportation and many. Hope to see you again.
