For the money ($22/night), it’s a great value. Only problem with the room was the shower hardware was not stable, but everything else in the room was modern and clean. There’s a big shopping mall, easily accessible, many convenience stores and street food vendors. It would be a great place to stay, long term, too.

Booked a family room with living room, was shocked the living room is open to all only lockable when u are in the room. Only way was to lock the rooms doors. 1 of the bedroom basin tap not working. Had cold water shower as the water heater malfunctioning too. Standing fan in living went dead in 30 mins. Overall cleanliness was acceptable level only. No help with luggage u have to carry it yourself. Only great was alot of street food and located near airport. Well lucky all aircon was working. Note no aircon in the living room. Recommended if you are on budget and concern about traveling to airport
