This place was a great find because we were able to book the family suite. The kitchenette was great and the separate rooms allowed for privacy. The hotel staff is amazing and go beyond for any request. I couldn’t say enough about the service and the staff.

We stayed for a week at Naga Residence. The rooms are perfectly clean and kept clean every day. Toiletries are very well stocked and the room is spacious. The wifi in the room we were in had a weak signal so the staff arranged for a separate router to help improve this. Thanks very much. Sadly I left my watch charger behind, but can't do much about that!

We really enjoyed our stay here. So close to everything and yet still quiet and away from the main street hustle and bustle. Close to a pedestrian bridge to get over the river too. Room was as pictured, very modern and clean with a nice kitchen and patio. We checked in at 2am so the 24hr front desk was important. Couldn’t ask for more!

For the price I paid, I was surprised at what a nice hotel it was, and the rooms were really comfortable, well laid out, and had great amenities. The water pressure could have been a little higher in the shower, but otherwise, very happy with our room
