Bien placé mais standing très moyen

Hôtel bien placé, dans le quartier du marché et des vêtements. Standing très moyen, chambres vieillottes (photos très arrangées), mais plutôt propre et ça fait le job. Le personnel est sympathique.

Regretful.

Aircon was bad not even cold, more like fan! Hotel changes WiFi password everyday and worst still, my mobile can't even connect even with the help of the hotel staffs. So to say I have no WiFi during my 6 night's stay there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience

1. Very bad hotel. Feels more like a brotel than a hotel. 2. There are no windows, service are bad and sheets are very dirty. Bed and pillow are very hard as well. Also there are no heater or toiletries at all. 3. Walls are thin so we could here every slightest sound from next door. 4. Check in person was very rude. Even mention to us beforehand that there will be no refund if we want to check out early. 5. Floor was full of hair and dust when we first walk into the room. 6. There’s even a notice on the lift that the building cannot hold heavy item or not it will not be able to withstand the weight. Therefore, whoever booked this hotel, book another. There are much better and cleaner hotel nearby with the same price. Just look at the photos

For a short Trip it is OK. Bed and Bathroom are clean, but the Wall and other items old. We stay 2 Nights and we call after 1 night that they can clean room, but they need more than 3 hour, that they start.

limitation of wifi

The hotel was so good, clean, and i like the location coz it's really easy to find food. But the street it's so small for taxi, so you need to take a walk from the crossroad.

Ok for very short stay

location is ideal for travellers who wants to shop around platinum mall, central world. easily located. lots of food stalls outside the hotel. However, shower heater not functioning, no hairdryer. spilled coffee and used the towel to clean and was asked to pay 100 baht as they cant remove the stain. male staffs face were stern throughout.

Le Touche hotel, Bangkok.

Le Touche Hotel location: Very convenient and walking distance to food stalls and street hawkers, Pratunam Wholesale Market and shopping malls. Easy assess to taxi and tuk-tuk. Hotel staffs are very helpful and kind. Daily room services are clean. Recommended for those non-picky or non-fussy travellers who preferred the so called 3-stars budget hotel for a short stay. Grand Omari, Citin Pratunam and Pra boutique hotels are also on the same alley. Overall descriptiions for Le Touche hotel- a thumps up. Unfortunately I was unable to provide the hotel photos.

Good Breakfast

One of the best things about this place is the breakfast.It comes with great variety of both western/Thai breakfast ingredients.The swimming and gym pool are pretty small, but clean.

Well,it just gives me the feeling that it is just a normal Budget hotel feel....Different from what we see in the pictures. As for the Wifi,once you connect to the wrong device / mobile,than you have used up your chance. But if you are just looking for a roof to rest for the night, than this hotel can just be the place.

Reception informed me the room I booked was fully booked n have to move on 24th . By mistake of hotel.com sold it . At the end they charged me a dirty towel .never go back

Misleading in every way.

First, it was hard to find. All the phone number listed on Expedia did not work. Once located the staff already knew the phone numbers didn't work but didn't care to listen to what they should do to fix it. The room was very small, but it was clean. I paid for a room with breakfast/no breakfast was available. The second day, they offered me a egg and 2 slices of spam. I asked for my money back for breakfast and they told me to contact Expedia. If you are going to Bangkok for the purpose of buying goods/shopping only, it was a GREAT location. The room is only for sleeping though.There are much better options for the price.

nice and friendly staff, great location!

the bed was very comfortable and huge. everything you need in a room is there and great cleaning service. i see people complained about the size, but it was just right for me, since i don't have a lot of luggage. great location -- it is near by the ratchaprarop bts station and pratunam shopping market. very friendly and nice staff, everyone can communicate in english and very helpful. i became friends with a few of them haha. i would most definitely stay there again.
