The staff are exceptional, attentive, helpful and friendly. A really pleasant and convenient hotel to stay at. Facilities are brilliant, pool, 24 hr gym and steam & sauna with such helpful staff to assist. Breakfast is plentiful, so much choice but good quality. Location is excellent, right beside the BTS - Chit Lom. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely return to this hotel when in Bangkok! Thank you to all the staff! A great experience!

Best location for us because all the shopping is so nearby and so are the restaurants. There is an escalator and an elevator nearby to take the BTS which connects to most of Bangkok (except China town). The AC is good, rooms are cleaned daily, staff is courteous. The buffet is almost always pleasing. Good seasonal fruit selection, salad selection and juice selection. Bacon always good and the egg choices are great. My favorite are poached eggs. Great hotel for the price.

Great Location. Helpful and friendly staff, and nice room. For me by Bangkok standards it was good value. Only downside for family with one 8 year old is they are not allowed in Beer Republic for meal.

MY ALWAYS TO GO HOTEL IN BANGKOK

In good location with BTS station right in front of the hotel. I have been going to this hotel for the past few years twice yearly. It of great comfort and pleasant staff. Feeling like back home. I will certainly continue to patronise Holiday Inn.
