This is a budget hotel, strategically located in the central of pratunam. It is very close to the Pratunam Market, 7eleven, street food and massage area. Suitable for short stay.
Condition and comfort of the room is pretty bad. But for the price we are paying, can't expect too much from them.
The room is very dirty.. first time we check in, we have a problem with the aircondition, we managed to change our room after 3 times complain about the aircond. The new room they give us there’s a lot of bed bugs. Toilet was dirty, sometimes there’s a baby cockroach running at the floor. Only the good is the hotel is walking distance to muslim restaurant and night market
After pay another money they give room at 1 am instead of 2 pm 12 hours late horrible experience with Expedia not go for booking any more with Expedia and grand alpine

Excellent location for shopping.
If you like Indian food, hotel is nicely located with heaps of stuff to do around.
Room could have been cleaner.
We stayed their bcoz of the location- near the market ( patunam market) however this is the worst 3 stars hotel i believe, no towels no soap no sleepers no hangers etc... Honestly it is way below the hotel industry standards. All the hotel photo in the website are fake.. Never try it again
The hotel was nice and comfortable. However, sometimes the smell in the lobby is a little bit awkward. Most of the people that we've encountered with are super awesome!
Travelled with my 2 teenage girls for six day's trip. Bangkok is a shopping heaven and delicious food every corner, no matter at malls or street food.
Hotel was conveniently located with food stalls and shopping areas nearby. You just can't go hungry. We found our favourite tom yum stall just nearby our hotel, real traditional Thai food, yummy!
Shopping stalls are opened till late night, some till early mornings. Getting around is easy with tuk tuk or taxi. We even tried the BTS to Terminal 21 Mall, to avoid the city traffic jam, just 5-10 min walk fr hotel. This mall is a must, great experience to visit Paris, London, Carribean, Tokyo all under one roof.

location is not bad, but hotel is not that good
hotel is in a small alley, not easy to access by car so need to walk in. many drivers not sure of hotel location.
room is spacious but not very well taken of. considering the price, it is quite resonable.
area surrounding the hotel has lots of eating stalls and market place. is also quite near BTS and MRT, just be prepared to walk.
Stay away from this hotel. It shows signs of wear, doesn't smell very good and I suspect they have a rat issue. every night at around 4 AM - when the hotel was asleep - you could hear some strange noises coming from above the ceiling. It sounded just like rats chasing each other, looking for food.
The bathroom is horrible, very outdated. No windows/views out, leaking A/C. Do yourself a favor and stay away or you will be disappointed.
Personally, I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. It is very inconvenient for guests who want to take taxi/car. The traffic around hotel is so bad due to the local market around it.
The room is not as clean as shown in the photo and there is a strong smell in the room, not to mention the AC was leaking.
exposed to a diverse group of people wanting to have a great vacation...it was great experience. we travel around Bangkok via taxi and costs are about 100 bath per trip, airport to hotel to airport about 250 bath each way with tip. most rip off travel expense was a river boat package to floating market, for 2 hours for 5,000bath. travel to boat dock from the hotel is 1,000 bath for about 1.5 hrs each way for a round trip. my advised to travelers ask taxi driver to use meter, do not bargain for fares. use hotel travel agency...
2nd time staying this hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Location in hotel however, for first timers it'd be quite a hassle to find the hotel as its in a lane pretty deep in. But this still doesn't stop us from staying it the 2nd time as the people around the area (street food stalls and massage) are Super friendly and nice.
ONE THING TO NOTE: If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this hotel as the guests are constantly making loud noises in their room that can be heard very clearly. (Walls are fake walls hence sound is very clear)
For me, it didn't really matter as i fall asleep quite easily haha.
Was overall a pleasant stay!!
