What ever you do. Do not clean your clothes by using the service from the hotel. 1 small bag of clothes cost 1500 thb. wanted to go to the bar and the reseption told me it was an arabik bar. most of the guest in this hotel are arab. whole place around is a construktion place. most shops and resturant is hallal and for arab. Had to leave soy 3 to eat and enjoy a drink.

Enjoyed my stay

Overall a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a little run down. The only real problem I had is that the bass of thr music from the club downstairs (I think) did keep me up a little bit. I am a light sleeper though. Overall, if I was looking in the area I would stay again.

Grace was upgraded to GRACELAND hotel!

Due to overbooking I was upgraded to GRACELAND Hotel next door. The staff was very serviceminded and did everything to make my stay feel wonderful. The beds are the best and softest I've slept in in Bangkok. The room looked exactly as the pictures. The Wi-Fi was excellent for work. The pool area was calm and nice to combine work and cooling off dip. Great location in the city. Thank you GRACELAND hotel!

Requested non smoking room room smells like an ash tray. This is not a 3+ star hotel maybe 2 at most .check-in was cold staffs my wife asked to use the toilet while I checked in, came back because there was no tissues was told they don't put tissues because the public uses it. Drive way was full of working ladies. Someone from Expedia should have a look and adjust there rating

I don't recommend anyone to stay in this place. This hotel should not be advised. The room was filthy. it smelled like it had been closed up for yrs. Bugs everywhere. I would not have put my dog in this room. Expedia should be ashamed for promoting this hotel. the hotel staff were unhelpful told us we would receive a refund but did not? Don't book this hotel it's cheap because it's not fit for dogs

Rooms reserved for Expedia is poor not maintained I suggest Expedia representative in Bangkok visit floor #15 to see the rooms. Also it is Expedia image and reputation will decline. I have been with Expedia since 2008 and it was great stay or flight; however this 1st time to see such poor stay. If you really consider Expedia image you should check and correct.

The property is in a great location. And seems like the hotel is being renovated. Rooms are a great size and staff are good. The only issues with this property is the smell of smoke and I was on a non smoking floor and the prices in the hotel club are ridiculous.
